Gail Mora holds a degree in behavioral psychology and has two decades of experience in building and managing quality management systems in for profit, not-for-profit, government and health care settings.\u00a0 She is on the Panel of Judges for Quality New Mexico and is involved with the American Society for Quality \u2013 Section 1400.<\/p>\n
