Some of the topic areas will include \u201cBuilding a Winning Teams,\u201d \u201cDealing with Major Change,\u201d \u201cDiversity and Inclusion,\u201d and \u201cQuality Culture.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Director Surety Engineering &amp; Weapons Quality, David Schoenherr leads the team responsible for the rigorous technical assurance, analysis, and assessment of our nation\u2019s nuclear stockpile. David previously served as Director of Quality at Honeywell Federal Manufacturing &amp; Technologies, which manages and operates the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Kansas City Plant for the U.S. Department of Energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 34-year veteran of Honeywell\u2019s Aerospace business, David has held leadership positions in electronic products, quality engineering, telemetry, microelectronics, and radars, and has successfully lead cross-functional teams through effective process improvements and customer satisfaction efforts. He has built a reputation taking special interest in employee development and mentorship, and being accessible and active in the production and inspection areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>David holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri\u2013Columbia and an executive master\u2019s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri\u2013Kansas City.
