As an AQN member, you are invited to register for the AQN/UNM Certificate Program. Advance through each certificate level to earn a total of four Quality Certificates. Certificates are presented by AQN in partnership with UNM Continuing Education; recipients are recognized during AQN’s monthly seminars.
Note that you must be an AQN member* to register for the Certificate Program.
Certificate Levels & Registration
Certificate Program registration is available for an additional cost of $150 one-time fee.
To take advantage of this valuable program and strengthen your quality skill set, register and attend 8 seminars to receive your AQN/UNM Continuing Education Competency Level 1 certificate! Then you are ready to advance to the next level.
Instructions for setting up an online account for existing or new memberships and/or certificate tracking and payments are easy to follow.
Please check in by 8:15 a.m. on the day of the seminar to receive credit for attending.

The Albuquerque Quality Network, in partnership with UNM Anderson School of Management offers this engaging and educational program covering various ways quality principles help achieve and sustain quality and performance excellence. Included are quality principles which impact effectiveness of strategic planning and execution, customer engagement, organizational leadership and management, project management, continuous improvement processes and measures, and use of data and information to bridge organizational and operational/process performance.
Presented by experts at the forefront of the latest developments in their field, each session focuses on the skills necessary for the job and offers practical suggestions for applying these skills in real-world situations.
Starting with the Competency level (level I), advance through each level by attending the required 8 seminars per level.
Be sure to use your full name when attending the seminars so your attendance will be properly counted.
Each sponsor is allocated a certain number of certificate participants for no additional fee. The number of free certificate participants varies with levels of sponsorship (published on the "sponsors" page on this website). Beyond the allocated number of free certificate participants the cost is $150.00 (one time fee for all levels) for sponsors or members.
Participation in any 8 seminars (12 hours) is required for each certificate level. Qualifying seminars may include duplicate topics from one year to the next.
Anyone registering for the certificate program shall be credited for qualifying sessions attended, starting the month of their registration in the program.
