Thursday, September 28th: This interactive workshop will introduce Gilbert’s 6 Boxes, a practical tool for analyzing and overcoming the root causes that inhibit performance improvement in quality and other change initiatives. Take your human performance technology (HPT) knowledge back to the office and practice on your own workplace challenges using an analytical checklist approach.

Claudia has over 30 years’ experience implementing improved business performance through harnessing human potential. She is a former corporate banker with significant U.S. and international experience in organization transformation programs in the health care, financial services, telecommunications, semi-conductor manufacturing and public sectors. Claudia currently serves as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant for Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
