Thursday, October 26th: David Hunt and Pharmaceutical project directors and managers from Veteran Affairs Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (VACSPCRPCC) will provide real-life insights on how to harmonize project management processes into the highly-regulated environment of clinical trial design and management. Additionally, the group will share some of their tools to manage customer requirements, changes, and expectations, and still stay on time and budget in this dynamic research-oriented field.
