Effective Quality Principles: Data as a Bridge Between Organizational and Process Performance

Thursday, November 16th: David Infante, Continuous Improvement Consultant

True improvement is only possible when there is clear future direction that’s been translated into meaningful, measurable targets for all levels of the organization. Progress is only possible when the right data is being collected, is accurate and readily accessible to those with the ability to respond to it. This presentation’s case study will reveal these aspects as observed in a manufacturing setting.

David Infante spent twenty four years at General Mills, half of those dedicated to helping people at all levels of the organization drive improvement. His experience includes practically applying Lean, Total Productive Maintenance and other Continuous Improvement Methodologies in consumer product design, sales and manufacturing.
