Marlena Taylor has more than 18 years of experience in strategic management, performance improvement, and organizational change. She guided application of best practices and leadership resources in strategic management at the labs-level and led organization-wide change efforts in several public and private organizations. She enjoys a systems thinking approach to strategic management and is passionate about working with others to achieve improved outcomes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico, and maintains certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Quality Engineer, and strategic management professional.
She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, backpacking, cycling, and most of all, running.
