Human performance impacts product performance – if you do not have quality human performance, you will not have a quality product. If you do not have personal responsibility, you do not have quality performance. This seminar will explore the impact your unique and often unseen viewpoints have on quality performance. Participants will experience the relationship between their viewpoints and beliefs with what they are actually experiencing, giving participants a means for empowering personal responsibility for quality performance.
