John Hernandez is the CEO of Dash2 Labs, a company at the forefront of utilizing artificial intelligence to simplify and empower organizational workforces. With a rich background of over two decades in operations, project management, and manufacturing, he offers innovative expertise and insight. His career has evolved from working as an applied physicist, to serving on active duty as a U.S. Naval Aviator and Systems Engineer, to leading developments in unmanned aerial systems at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, and managing a nuclear asset program at Los Alamos National Lab. John has certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and also holds advanced degrees in Physics, Systems Engineering, Aeronautics, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
