Holly has over 15 years in organizational development, non‑profit leadership, and most recently, quality process improvement experience. Holly specializes in empowering people and leveraging systems to drive impactful transformations. She brings hands‑on operational expertise to every initiative and is passionate about delivering results through focused quality strategies.
Holly enjoys using her skills in leadership coaching to empower people and teams and to facilitate organizational change. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Alliance University in New York.
When she’s not refining processes or mentoring people, Holly enjoys exploring new cities and traveling the world—and regularly hits the trails for hikes with her husband and friends.
