Emily Gaffney is the Senior Manager for the Laboratory Operating System Group in the Enterprise Excellence Center at Sandia National Laboratories. In her role, Emily is responsible for leading and championing continuous improvement and scalable innovation to drive breakthrough results. Prior to this role, Emily held roles in quality management, strategy, and business operations at both Sandia and the Boeing Company. Emily is active in the Albuquerque community and serves on the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation. Emily is a recent graduate of Leadership New Mexico’s Connect Program and was recognized as one of New Mexico’s 40 under Forty in 2020.
