Jaynes has been using a easy to understand visual tool to breakdown what the dynamics to a relationship between two or more people are, and then using that information to calibrate how they approach each person for maximum influence.

Sam’s Biography
Sam Hatchell is the Director of Quality and Leadership Development at Jaynes. After spending 6 years in the Navy he started working for Jaynes soon after and has been with them for 15 years. He has a lovely wife, Lisa, that is a part time infusion nurse at UNM Cancer Center. He has two boys, Cole (11) and Luke (9) that believe he is one of the funnest people in the world. He oversees the Quality Dept. at Jaynes but for the last 7 years has been focused on Leadership Development at Jaynes, after they adopted a Leadership Development company GiANT into their business. He facilitates the 1 year leadership development programs for entry, mid and executive level leaders. He provides 1:1 coaching for employees, facilitates team exercises and helps with strategic planning.
