Racheal Purdy is Program Manager, Mission Assurance of Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies (FM&T). FM&T manages and operates the U.S. Department of Energy’s Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC). She also is the co-chair of the Nuclear Security Enterprise Performance Excellence Working Group, an NSE-wide collaboration effort focused on improving our operating systems and sharing best practices.
Prior to FM&T, Racheal held various Operational Leadership roles for GE Capital Consumer Finance and Synchrony Financial. She brings 30 years of experience in Leadership, Customer Experience & Cultural Transformation to our team.
Racheal’s academic degrees include a bachelor’s in business administration from Park University. Racheal also holds UX Certification from Nielson Norman Group (NNg) with UX Management Specialty, a Change Management Practitioners Certification from Prosci, is Six Sigma certified, and a Lead WorkOut Facilitator.
