Vaughn is a Research & Development, Science and Engineering Systems Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories with over 45 years of experience in diverse engineering and quality fields including Naval nuclear power, nuclear waste management & environmental restoration, high power laser development, advance technical systems industrial manufacturing, and nuclear weapons assurance. Vaughn has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology and Master of Business Administration with a focus in Operations Management. He is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional and certified as an ISO 9001 and AS9100 Lead Auditor.
