This session will guide participants through our benchmark program journey, from identifying use cases and target audiences to effectively communicating the business value of benchmarking. The session will provide practical tools for a successful “benchmark gold mining expedition” within your own organization.
Dave Rogers is a Senior Program Manager at NNSS in Las Vegas, Nevada. His responsibilities include Enterprise Metrics/Balanced Scorecard and Benchmarking programs. He holds an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Missouri. Dave has more than 30 years industry experience, including roles in Continuous Improvement and Quality, and over 20 years of experience with state and national Baldrige programs.
We will be using the MS Teams platform for this month’s presentation instead of Zoom.
