Thursday, October 20, 2016, Tim Schindele, Black Belt, will be presenting on Innovation Approaches and Methods. The presentation will review the basic concepts of Innovation and then explore how one would approach the possibilities for Innovation within your business areas. We will talk about various tools that can be used for an Innovation approach and will discuss Design Criteria and Rapid Prototyping.
Tim Schindele is a Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma for the last 10 years and has been involved with Innovation initiatives for the last 6 years. His prior experience includes 20 years as an administrator of inpatient healthcare facilities in 6 different states.
