Quality Strategies

Thursday, March 23rd, John Reed will be presenting on Quality Strategies.

Some of the best strategies to improve quality begin with taking a deep look at how your customer views your organization and how they perceive quality.  Truly understanding your customer – a “customer-centric” approach to strategy – helps you focus on what they value most.  No matter what the activity, developing a customer-centric culture ensures the customer is always first and that you never lose sight of quality.

John Reed began his career in the Army’s Airborne Infantry before completing a dual major in finance and accounting, and graduating magna cum laude from the University of Missouri.  He then attended Harvard Business School where he graduated with honors with a concentration in General Management.  His experience includes 30 years in the corporate world, 10 of which were in program management.  During this time he served as the VP of Marketing for MBI, Inc., a large east coast direct response marketer.  From there, John went on to lead his own consulting practice which, for 15 years, specialized in direct marketing for clients including:  Walt Disney Company, Mattel, Time, Inc., Lands’ End, and Ross-Simons, as well as numerous mid-sized companies and start-ups.
