Thursday, June 21: Lee Butler, Quality Director/Customer Relations Manager, Don Chalmers Ford. Attendees will learn how Chalmers Ford used a systems and process focus to increase performance and achieve the 2016 Malcolm Baldrige award. These systems helped the organization continue to perform at a high level during the transition to new leadership after the passing of their founder Don Chalmers in 2014. Lee will share how to assess the critical systems of the Baldrige framework and approaches for work process design and innovation management. You will also receive the Sweet 16 questions to determine if your company needs Baldrige.
