Michelle is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Nusenda Credit Union. She oversees the credit union’s member experience channels, employee experience departments including leadership and DE&I programs, and the project management department. She has more than 20 years’ experience in organizational development and operations working in various industries including fortune 500 companies.
