Everyday Practical Quality Tools

Presented by: Dr. Benjamin B. White

May 18, 2023 | 7:15 – 9:00 am | virtual event

Quality Management’s objectives are based on systematizing organizational leadership, strategies, customer relationships, knowledge and information systems, employee capability and capacity, operational processes, and ultimately results. However, many times the focus on these important facets of a system overshadows some simple Quality Tools that support the daily organization routines. This seminar will present tools that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

With an associate, two bachelors, three masters, and a doctorate degree, Dr. Benjamin B. White is absolute proof that Dylan was right – “20 years of schoolin’ and they put you on the dayshift.”  Along the 22 years of his military career, Ben earned his MBA in Quality Management and was subsequently assigned as one of 22 of the Coast Guard’s Quality Performance Consultants (QPCs), training and consulting units in techniques to establish Quality Systems. Currently, Ben is the Business Administration Program Chair in the Business, Hospitality, and Technology Department at Central New Mexico Community College.
