Currently, Katie is a Distinguished-level Quality Engineer for Division 8000, a six sigma green belt, and an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer. She is a guest instructor at the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico where she is the Founder of their Women’s Leadership Development certificate. Katie coaches women in leadership and has published two books that speak to the unique challenges women face, especially in technical environments. She gives back to the community by serving on several non-profit boards.
