Elle is an Outcomes Researcher at the University Of New Mexico Hospital. She utilizes process data to drive actionable improvement initiatives changing patient outcomes for the better. Skilled in research, analysis, and data visualization, Elle has over 10 years of Healthcare and Hospital experience. She is a Registered Dietitian working predominantly in the Critical Care setting.

Originally from Australia, she holds a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics, Masters of Science, Nutrition and is a Board-Certified Nutrition Support Clinician.
