This talk weaves the basic steps of embracing failure to learn and improve with personal stories of failure.

Presented by Meghan Pickard

Let’s have an honest conversation about failure. We all get it wrong at some point. So why is it so uncomfortable? What do we do when we fail? And why is it critical to lean into getting it wrong? To impact the trajectory of your team toward excellence in pursuit of quality, it takes failing forward. This talk weaves the basic steps of embracing failure to learn and improve with personal stories of failure.
