Blewett, John

John Blewett currently serves as the Public Reporting Coordinator at the University of New Mexico Hospital.  His work history includes an aggregate 25 years at the University of New Mexico Hospital as a staff respiratory therapist, Director of Pulmonary Services, Quality Consultant and Public Reporting Coordinator in the Quality Outcomes Department.  He also spent many years at Central New Mexico Community College as faulty, program director and associate dean.

Mr. Blewett received his MA in Educational Leadership and a BUS (magna cum laude, Distinction) from the University of New Mexico.

He is a licensed respiratory care practitioner in New Mexico.  He has been inducted as a Life Member in the New Mexico Society for Respiratory care and as a Fellow in the American Association for Respiratory Care.

Mr. Blewett is married and has 3 sons.
