Taylor, Marlena

Marlena has more than 16 years of experience in performance improvement, organizational change, and strategic management. She helped lead organization-wide change efforts in several public and private organizations. She enjoys a systems thinking approach to problem solving and is passionate about working with others to achieve improved outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico, and maintains certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, Quality Engineer, and Strategic Management.

She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, backpacking, cycling, and most of all, running.
